You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Business Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

How You Will Contribute

You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

More About This Role

Plans and Leads all Employer Branding Activities and the recruitment of suitable Core Worker candidates for the DACH manfacturing area.

What you need to know about this position:

  • Continuosly improves the recruitment process and acts as a point for escalations
  • Regular contact with local People Leads
  • Works closely with the DACH People Experience Advisors team to ensure delivery of candidates against business need from opening a role to offer acceptance
  • Partners with the local plant Leadership Teams team to ensure alignment of needs against business strategy
  • Accountable for creating and maintaining strategies to generate a diverse range of talent for each role.
  • Develops innovative recruitment marketing strategies to create company awareness to target passive and active candidates.
  • Builds relationships with external partners as appropriate to identify suitable talent
  • Builds and maintains internal partnerships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs to ensure staffing goals.
  • Ensures delivery against the Global recruitment KPI’s
  • Performs activities of Recruiters as needed
  • Promotes Mondelez as employer of choice through targeted Employer Branding Activities (Job fairs, social media, local networks etc.)
  • Ensures focus on both customer and employee experience on both sides of the process
  • Oversees processes for initiating and posting recquisitions


What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • Fluency in German and English language
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills essential
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in multiple areas of HR, expertise in recruiting/organisation planning and logistics.
  • Experience of working in a global organisation and/or shared services organisation is desirable
  • Experience in implementation and management for recruiting processes
  • Creativity and networking skills, thionking outside the box
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable with data and data analysis
  • Relationship management experience with client-focus
  • Highly computer literate, knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project


The salary is graded in the Collective Labor Agreement “Information and Consulting”. If you meet the mentioned requirements the entry gross-salary for this position will be EUR 54.000 per year, split up in 14 pays for full-time. We’re willing to overpay, dependent on your professional work experience and qualification.

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
