Overview

We are currently seeking an organized and efficient Service Administrator, based from our Dublin office, to take responsibility for providing administrative support for both our UK and Ireland IT Service Delivery team who provide support and maintenance to both internal and external customers.

What you'll be doing as our Service Administrator:

  • To be an active member of the Service Delivery Team supporting internal and external customers
  • First point of contact for customers contract enquiries and ensuring that SLA’s are met
  • Preparing for support and maintenance renewals
  • Engaging with 3rd parties and ensuring customers are kept informed
  • Keeping accurate records of all service call outs, quotes, purchase orders and invoicing
  • Maintaining accurate hardware and software inventories during contract periods
  • Monitoring of contract specific service desk tickets
  • Scheduling planned and preventative maintenance (PPM) visits
  • Producing quality customer documentation in a timely manner
  • Ensuring records are in place for NSI auditing
  • Maintain and manage warranty requests
  • Providing general administration support and assisting with IT project management
  • Preparing service level attainment reports (SLA)

What we're looking for in our Service Administrator:

  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite of products (Word, Excel etc)
  • Methodical approach to work
  • Excellent written communication skills and confident communicator
  • Attention to detail

Initially, this role will be fully office-based, involving interactions with colleagues, suppliers, and other departments. Further to training and your probation period, you will have the opportunity for up to two days of remote work per week. The standard working hours are 09:00-17:30, with occasional flexibility based on business needs.
