Job Description

• Tax Analysis (incl. roll forward analysis) for all countries with a legal representation
• Prepare and review corporate income tax filing for all legal representations
• Prepare tax provisions for all countries (except US)
• Review Swiss Tax provision
• Prepare documents for our corporate tax auditor
• Tax and VAT return submission for all countries with a legal representation
• Calculate Deferred Taxes
• Support Transfer Price Analysis
• Support local tax requests
• Maintain consolidation file for countries with legal representation
• Support local statutory accounts preparation
• Support the implementation of a new ERP

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting as well as at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within an international environment. Any further education/certification in the Finance field is an advantage
• In dept understanding of Swiss tax law and tax return filing rules
• Proficient English skills, both spoken and written.
• Distinguished expertise in Excel is a must
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Well-organized, structured and autonomous working manners
