Job Details

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to sustain an existing client revenue stream as well as generating new revenue streams for two of Hawkeye’s largest tech clients. You will need to work closely with the client and internal teams to ensure the multichannel CRM programs we roll out are best in class, the client experience is outstanding and that we are maximising value-add opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have superior people skills along with excellent organisational, communication and relationship building skills. You will have either agency experience or exposure to working with agencies, be used to working in a fast paced environment, a natural problem-solver with an entrepreneurial spirit, and be proactive in the day-to-day logistics and administration that surrounds the role.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the management of an existing area of the portfolio, working alongside the Senior Account Director on program management, resourcing, team management and financials.
  • Work with SAD to contribute to the strategic vision of the portfolio.
  • Develop and deliver regular account reviews to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Build strong client relationships and operate as the go-to person for all client communications.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities on an on-going basis to ensure delivery against incremental revenue targets; mitigate against portfolio risks.
  • Identify and qualify net new opportunities; pitch and present convincingly to prospect clients.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate to senior management when required.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and agency profitability and identify and manage scope creep.
  • Cross functional coordination with project management, developers and creative teams.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a marketing agency is a distinct advantage, preferably already at SAM level.
  • Proven experience of overseeing digital marketing campaigns from brief to deployment.
  • Strong understanding of agency delivery processes; experience working with teams including creatives and developers.
  • Strong communicator; gives clear direction and delegates effectively.
  • Resilient and able to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Strategic with a growth mindset. Driven for results.
  • Previous people management experience is a plus.
  • Team player with the ability to work on their own initiative and drive programmes autonomously.
  • Experience working with remote team(s).
