PMO with experience in Financial Controlling for our Zurich based client company in the financial sector.

Your tasks:

• Supporting the Head of Change Delivery in organizing Change Board Meetings and Transformation Delivery meetings
• Coordinating the vendor invoice process and ensuring timely payments
• Assisting project managers in planning and controlling individual projects within the Transformation Portfolio
• Monitoring adherence to inter-project delivery commitments and making recommendations for adjustments as necessary
• Managing the onboarding and offboarding of consultants and external staff within the transformation portfolio
• Driving continuous process improvement and the development of best practices within the PMO function

Your experience/knowledge:

• Hands-on experience in financial controlling and budget management
• Familiarity with project management software and tools
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2
• University degree in a relevant field
• Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German would be a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated, self-directed, organized, and detail oriented
