Plant Controller / Production Controller (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- As part of a 5-member team, you take responsibility for controlling at our production site and prepare as well as analyze cost and profitability reports.
- You conduct target vs. actual comparisons, identify savings potentials, and develop optimization strategies.
- You support management in decision-making through well-founded financial analyses and ad-hoc evaluations.
- You create and monitor budgets, forecasts, and investment planning.
- You review and manage production metrics to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- You collaborate closely with the production and logistics teams to analyze cost structures and material flows.
- You continuously develop controlling tools and processes at the site.
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, controlling, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
- You have several years of professional experience in plant or production controlling, ideally in an industrial environment.
- You have in-depth knowledge of accruals and provisions.
- You are proficient in SAP (CO/FI modules) and MS Excel.
- You think analytically, have a strong affinity for numbers, and demonstrate initiative.
- You communicate clearly and effectively, ask critical questions in complex matters, and enjoy working independently as well as within a team.
- You are fluent in German and have good English skills.
