We are seeking a Market Engagement Lead for EMEA and Asia to join the Portfolio Strategy Team for our Print Software GBU. This role will be pivotal in driving alignment between product strategy and market needs. The successful candidate will engage with both direct and channel sales teams, lead market engagement initiatives, and provide critical input into feature development and top-deal support. Key Responsibilities
Direct and Channel Sales Engagement:
- Partner with direct and channel sales teams to communicate product value propositions and align portfolio offerings with market needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored tools and resources that drive portfolio adoption across regions.
Market Engagement Forums:
- Organize and lead market engagement forums, bringing together stakeholders to discuss product roadmaps, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Act as the voice of the portfolio team in internal and external forums, ensuring alignment on product vision and business objectives.
Feature Requirements Prioritization:
- Gather input from sales, partners, and customers to inform feature prioritization for product development.
- Collaborate closely with partner alliance managers and engineering teams to align feature roadmaps with market demands and competitive insights.
Top Deal Support (Feature/Tech):
- Provide strategic support for top deals by addressing feature or technology requirements.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to develop tailored solutions for strategic customers.
Event & Trade Show Support:
- Lead the planning and execution of portfolio presence at key industry events and trade shows.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure impactful event participation, including messaging, demos, and collateral preparation.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, market engagement, or sales enablement in a global business environment.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, partner ecosystems, and portfolio management.
- Proven ability to engage with both direct and channel sales teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with event planning and trade show coordination is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize competing requirements and manage multiple priorities.
