Junior Digital Advisor (F/M/D)

Responsibilities

  • Supports the management of project delivery according to defined project standards following FHCS(Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions) PMO principles
  • Supports the implementation of project management methodology and FHCS project and PMO standards
  • Aligns and monitors project objectives, resources, schedules and scope and is responsible for project budgets
  • Coordinates and manages based on identified improvement opportunities project proposals for the business functions
  • Supports the development and implementation of project reporting and controlling
  • Support for Knowledge- and Opportunity-Management
  • Establishes partnership with the business responsible and gains understanding of FHCS’s strategic global and local business objectives and requirements
  • Supports the definition of standards and implementation of methodologies for FHCS Application Management
  • Contributes to the establishment of a knowledge repository/base, and supports the development of knowledge transfer concepts for CPIM as well as business, strengthen the key-user concept

Qualifications

  • Entry Position (0-3 years relevant work experience)
  • Academic degree or similar educational background
  • Profound knowledge in the respective business processes
  • Very Good knowledge of integrated ERP system
  • Experience in project management tools and methods
  • Very Good communication skills
  • Very Good learning capabilities
  • Good change facilitator
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Requires expanded functional and technical knowledge (e.g. concepts, technologies, practices, procedures) within own job discipline
  • Is responsible for technical implementation and further improvement of IT applications, technologies or services, and contributes to solution design
  • Is capable of explaining individual topics within the scope of a complex problem area
  • Is capable of solving single problems within the scope of a complex problem area
  • Identifies continuous improvement potentials of existing solutions
  • Understands the main characteristics of the business model(s) of the Business Group and the contribution of technologies to success
  • Shows technical leadership competencies (e.g. input on IT architecture) within the scope of the respective problem solution
  • Provides informal guidance to new team members
  • May train new team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations
  • Has impact on own organizational unit (on national, local level) via quality of own work and influence on quality of the work of others in the team
  • Receives regular guidance and direction
  • Has some discretion to vary from established practices and procedures
