In this role you will be accountable to deliver and to orchestrate the delivery of Develop & Test operations activities. Coordinates and supervises internal and external 3rd party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope ensuring continuous improvement and compliance. Create service roadmap aligned with the vision and requirements coming from Business customers. Responsible for IS compliance of the IS solution.

Preferred locations: Bangalore- India and Global.

Your responsibilities

  • Builds IS Domain Service operation activities in cooperation with IS Service Owners and IS Solution Architects
  • Maps business process demand to existing or new IS services providing and helping on the direction of new demands and projects in collaboration with IS Service Owners
  • Integrates Operation and Build activities (DevOps scope) in collaboration with Build Team
  • Plays an active role in the definition of new contract with Vendors for the operational activities, service levels and Service Level Agreement (SLA) definition
  • Defines level of monitoring , type of monitoring and assure all Consumer Interaction Points Lifecycle Experience are under control and correct support is provided all in close collaboration with ABB IS GBS Consumer Experience organization
  • Contributes to the IS Service Catalogue, sets directions in the areas of service introduction and end user support

Your background

  • Master or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Economics or related field
  • 5+ of years of experience in the relevant area are required
  • Certificates preferred: ITIL4, Agile Foundation, SCRUM, Project Management related
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Strong experience in leading IS people who do not report directly
  • Strong experience on manage 3rd part vendor resources on site and remotely
  • Strong experience of identifying and resolving issues between team mem-bers or other teams
  • Strong experience in escalation and stakeholder’s management
  • Experience in IS risk, security and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Superior knowledge of IS technology
  • Proactive in Continual Service Improvement, always open to adopt new and innovative IS techniques and technologies
