Team:


In Click&Boat, there are 3 main operational Business Units :

  • Supply: which deals with boat owners and make sure the boats available on our platform generate revenues with the highest quality of service.
  • Sales: which deals with tenants and supports them all along a booking process, from quotations to closing the deal.
  • Customer Care: which represents the point of contact for our customers after a booking is closed by the Sales team (before, during and after the trip), and makes the link between boat owners and tenants (booking modification or cancellation, insurance or accident issues, etc).

You will work in Barcelona and will integrate the Supply team, a business unit composed of 15 people, strengthened by seasonal employees during summer, and organised by market.


You will also work closely with colleagues in charge of international markets, as well as the Sales, Customer Care, and Finance Operations Team.

Tasks:

You will be in charge of your own customer base, composed of professional Croatian boat owners. You'll handle the following tasks, which will vary depending on the business seasonality.

  • Account Management (50%): You will be in charge of developing the commercial relationships with our partners in the Croatian market and you will closely follow the booking funnel from a B2B perspective, ultimately helping our partners to fully realize their business potential and maximizing the user experience. You will also help yourself using our BI tools and analyzing data to monitor your portfolio performance and to make sure you optimize your actions.
  • Onboarding new partners (20%): You will be in charge of on-boarding new partners in the Croatian market and assist them throughout the creation of their listings and their platform engagement. The accounts you onboard will be part of your portfolio, the business performances of which you will monitor and be responsible for.
  • Acquisition (20%): You will be responsible for acquiring new partners in the Croatian market by reaching out (cold call) to potential business partners. You will be responsible for the whole sale-cycle.
  • Business Operations (10%): You will run market analysis using data in order to grow your areas and achieve all KPIs. You will be on the front line of conducting specific operations in the Croatian market with the goal to maximize the platform user experience and value for our partners. Your feedback and improvement suggestions will be also valued to constantly improve Click&Boat.

Full-time contract (40 hours per week) to start in December 2024.

Preferred experience

  • You are an English native speaker. Speaking Croatian is a plus !

  • Young professional or recently graduated with ideally one previous successful working experience in Business Development / Account Management / Sales.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to communicate perfectly in English, both orally and in writing.

  • You are a team player who inspires trust, ready to take the initiative and is distinguished by a customer-satisfaction driven attitude;
  • You are interested in start-up environments; you are proactive and ready to share your ideas to improve our services;
