Franklin Templeton manages investment vehicles for individuals, institutions, pension plans, trusts, partnerships and other clients. Franklin Templeton Switzerland Ltd has been distributing Franklin Templeton Investment Funds in Switzerland since the end of 2000. Currently a team of fourteen we are looking for an individual to support the team in all administrative tasks working in our Zurich and Geneva offices. What are the ongoing responsibilities of the Sales Intern?

  • Handle various administrative tasks related to the office, such as managing post mail, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Prepare product and company-specific documents for client meetings.
  • Assist the Internal Wholesaler with monthly and quarterly tasks.
  • Maintain and update the client database (CRM) and client files.
  • Analyse statistical materials and prepare data for internal projects.
  • Update manuals and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Support the Country Manager and the Facility with company-related projects.
  • Assist the Country Manager with blockchain/DLT studies related to upcoming projects.
  • Skilled in Advanced Excel Functions, Including Pivot Tables and VBA/Macros

What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?

  • A student available to work 16 hours per week
  • Strives to achieve high-quality results and is proactive.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows.
  • Capable of performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Adheres to established time frames and schedules.
  • Possesses excellent analytical and motivational skills.
  • Works well as a team player.
