As GCS RIS Support and Training Specialist you provide technical expert support and training to our affiliates for all digital products and potential Hardware components.

You will be responsible for supporting multiple diagnostics software solutions.

The Opportunity


  • Creates, reviews and maintains product specific knowledge pool (user and service documentation) and training content for job oriented training of dedicated products.

  • Digital training (eLearnings for operator, service and implementation) is provided for first level support, regional trainers and global staff.

  • Provides 2nd level support / hotline for affiliates and regions in order to minimise system down times, allowing for a fast workaround or solution.

  • Provides support for local and regional service activities to ensure success in troubleshooting, application knowledge, configurations and installations.
    (incl documentation in the respective CRM)

  • Performs this role for several products and Product Life Cycle Phases.

  • Supports initiatives in cooperation with other support teams or regional representatives.

  • Writes, publishes and maintains Support Notifications for affiliates.Permanently optimises processes in order to increase quality and efficiency standards.

Who you are

  • Advanced degree in IT or a related field experience or background in support and training of software products.

  • Experience in the highly regulated diagnostics industry or regulated software industry is an asset.

  • Proves deep knowledge and thought leadership on all aspects relevant to support and training.

  • Fluent in English, oral and written

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including a customer focused approach, and highly effective teamwork and collaboration skills

  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable manner

  • Strong intercultural competencies, and excellent communication skills

  • You enjoy working in global matrix structures and count communication and teamwork skills as well as intercultural skills among your strengths

Locations

You will be based in Rotkreuz, Switzerland.

As this position is a global role, international business travel can be required based on business project activities.
