Join us as a Events Intern to shape and elevate Qonto's presence in the Spanish market through impactful events and innovative experiences, while working alongside our dynamic team in Barcelona to bring our brand to life through professional gatherings, industry fairs, and corporate events

As a Events Intern in Spain at Qonto, you will:


  • Drive event management by coordinating with internal teams (design, content, social media) and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
  • Manage event logistics including room setup, supplier coordination, and materials preparation while ensuring high-quality standards and attention to detail
  • Assist in representing Qonto at industry fairs and events, helping to showcase our solutions and engage with potential clients in a professional manner
  • Support the development and implementation of new event concepts and formats to enhance Qonto's brand presence in the Spanish market.

About your future manager:


  • Her path? Maria joined Qonto as an Events and Ecosystem Intern in 2022 and quickly rose to Senior Events Manager by July 2024. She has a Master's in Corporate Communication, Protocol, and Events, and her background includes roles in marketing and administration.

  • What she can bring to the team? Maria excels in executing high-profile events with a strategic and innovative approach. She is known for her strong communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships, making her a key driver in enhancing Qonto's event presence in Barcelona.


About You:


  • Experience: You are in masters level of education and have prior experience in events.
  • You are proactive and enthusiastic, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail - essential qualities for successful event management.
  • You are proficient in communication and capable of managing stakeholder relationships.
  • You have leadership potential and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Languages: Spanish (Native) and English (Fluent) required.

Our hiring process:


  • Interviews with your Talent Acquisition Manager and future manager/mentor
  • A remote exercise to demonstrate your skills and give you a taste of what working at Qonto could be like
