It’s time to experience the excitement of working with the BorgWarner Morse Systems Engineering team. We are the world’s leading supplier of innovative chain systems and variable cam timing for valve trains, automatic transmissions and all-wheel drive systems.
We want you to participate in our fast-paced environment and take your skills to the next level in this two (2) year program which comprises of four 6-month rotations. There are three required rotations and one elective rotation, with an international assignment in the final rotation.
Our Engineering Graduate Rotation Program is designed to give you rapid exposure to BorgWarner’s culture as well as provide an opportunity to gain valuable insight and first-hand technical experience in the following areas Advanced Development, Analysis, Manufacturing, Product, Prototype, Quality, Supplier Development, Systems, Reliability and Test Engineering.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering or other related field
- Must be willing and able to relocate multiple times within the U.S. and potentially one-time internationally
- Participated in previous internship/co-op in an automotive industry
