Responsibilities
- Processing of customer inquiries
- Preparation of quotations, order processing up to invoicing
- Interface between service and warehouse
- Creation of service contracts
Hardskills
- Commercial training and a good understanding of the technical background
- Some years of experience in processing cusotmers inquiries is plus
- Good SAP and MS Office experience is required
- Good German is a must, English and French language skills are ideal

- Pleasure in working in a team
- Flair for sales and service - high service mindset
