Responsibilities

  • Processing of customer inquiries
  • Preparation of quotations, order processing up to invoicing
  • Interface between service and warehouse
  • Creation of service contracts


Hardskills

  • Commercial training and a good understanding of the technical background
  • Some years of experience in processing cusotmers inquiries is plus
  • Good SAP and MS Office experience is required
  • Good German is a must, English and French language skills are ideal


Softskills

  • Pleasure in working in a team
  • Flair for sales and service - high service mindset
  • Networked thinking and initiative
  • Personal responsibility and independent working style
