Responsibilities

  • Processing customer enquiries in our ticket system C4C
  • Preparation of orders
  • Order processing in SAP and planning of orders in Salesforce
  • Deadline monitoring of the assigned region within Switzerland
  • Provision of technical service documents
  • Checking reports according to strict quality regulations (GMP)


Hardskills

  • Technical or commercial basic training
  • Professional experience in coordinating service assignments is very advantageous
  • Good SAP and MS Office skills are very advantageous
  • German language skills are mandatory, good English language skills are very advantageous

  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Communicative and service-oriented personality
