Responsibilities
- Processing customer enquiries in our ticket system C4C
- Preparation of orders
- Order processing in SAP and planning of orders in Salesforce
- Deadline monitoring of the assigned region within Switzerland
- Provision of technical service documents
- Checking reports according to strict quality regulations (GMP)
Hardskills
- Technical or commercial basic training
- Professional experience in coordinating service assignments is very advantageous
- Good SAP and MS Office skills are very advantageous
- German language skills are mandatory, good English language skills are very advantageous
