In this role, you will be responsible together with the Brand Marketing Manager for the national University & Sampling Program. Your main goal is to grow our user base and strengthen brand love among our target group. You will support the Brand Marketing Manager to recruit, lead and retain a casual workforce of energetic and passionate brand ambassadors, which includes coaching our Student Marketeers out in the field on how to ensure quality consumer and customer interaction.

Job Description

Execution of the Sampling Program

In this exciting role, you ensure a premium execution of our sampling program. This involves making sure that the Student Marketeer team truly represents Red Bull, acting as the tangible face of the brand through proper recruitment, coaching and guidance. You train our Student Marketeers to engage with consumers naturally and charmingly, effectively communicating our product propositions, driving product trials on relevant occasions and supporting sales teams through effective sales assistance. Furthermore, you work within the marketing and cross-department teams on special events and programs related to sampling initiatives. Supporting the Brand Marketing Manager in identifying potential partners for innovative and impactful indirect sampling initiatives completes this diverse range of responsibilities.

Execution of the University Program

As Brand Marketing Specialist, you drive the execution of the university program from Red Bull and The ORGANICS by Red Bull raising trail, increasing brand awareness and fostering a positive product and brand perception within the respective universities. You will develop and implement an innovative program of exciting brand activities such as events, hacks, campaigns and sales missions which will maintain Red Bull as a credible and relevant brand for students. Besides that, by planning, activating and executing student events, you will collaborate and exchange with other departments (nationally and internationally) to gain project experiences and ideas that are relevant for the university environment as well as for the development and implementation of an innovative business plan.

People Development and Leadership

You support the Brand Marketing Manager in the recruitment, onboarding, and training modules for global consistency, working closely with HR. You are responsible for planning and executing annual conferences for Student Marketeers that are exciting and built with a strong learning design framework. Finally, you have the overall administration responsibility of the Consumer Collecting Program.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communication or economics
  • Experience in leading events and marketing activities as well as experience in sampling and/or university marketing is an advantage
  • Strategic and analytical mindset to understand consumer behavior as well as well as strong sense of responsibility with an ownership-mentality and independent work-style
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work in a team environment as well as an entrepreneurial “can do” attitude and a high standard of integrity with a passion for the brand
  • Fluent in written and spoken German or French and fluency in English; any additional language is a plus.
