Your team

The Process Automation delivery team is a cross-functional team, created to deliver a consistent and transformational automation programme across the whole of the Flutter UK&I Division.

The team will drive the programme through a mix of process redesign and the design and build of processes in the businesses chosen RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tool, among others automation tools. The team is also responsible for the management of relationships across multiple teams to ensure effective delivery of the programme, and a realisation of the benefits.

What You’ll Do

We are looking for a visionary Senior Business Analyst to lead in an agile Automation team.

In this leading position, you will be responsible for managing a small team of Business Analysts alongside delivery. We are looking for smart, hard-working and creative people, who are eager to have a significant, tangible impact through improving the operations for our business.

• Responsible for supporting project’s prioritization
• Leads or participates in various workshops to define and design automation solutions
• Responsible of having documents for all process requirements and flow prior and after automation using standardize documents
• Responsible for all stakeholders being well informed of the status of development requirements and scope
• Leads and/or participates in the problem identification/error resolution process
• Participates on sign-off approvals by business and/or technical staff to certify successful results of milestone deliverable(s) or phase completion, including process development and deployment
• Responsible of following project governance (project phases)
• Responsible to have the relevant reporting in place for automated solutions
• Constantly liaise with process owners to raise operational improvements and brainstorm for automation ideas
• Increase customer satisfaction by being focused on delivering high performance
• Oversees continuous improvement and optimization on automated processes
• Conducts effective performance evaluations and mentors the other analysts through formal and informal channels
• Offers support to Developer Lead and to Maintenance Lead
  
  

How You’ll Do It

• Ability to analyse, understand business problems and identify solutions to problems.
• Experience with automation technologies (Uipath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) are a bonus
• Possess excellent analysis & design skills with a track record of identifying & implementing solutions that add value.
• Strong collaboration is crucial with heightened influencing and organisational skills, able to work cross-functionally within a global business.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
• Change Management Expertise and ability to manage stakeholders effectively
