Perform all duties to ensure the demand and supply planning processes are completed to support the integrated planning processes. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the demand plan including the creation of forecasts and updating existing demand. Ownership of plans to improve the accuracy of demand plans and adherence to Target.

Role / Main Responsibilities:

• Implement the demand planning cycle including the creation and updating of forecasts and existing demand in the long-term planning tools.
• Prepare routine demand planning input into the S&OP process.
• Lead the S&OP process for the assigned assets.
• Liaise with all relevant collaborators and functions to ensure the demand plan represents the consensus view of future demand and is aligned with the supply plan in terms of volumes and values.
• Ensure the demand plan and the associated revenues are maintained in relevant systems.
• Create and maintain S&OP related critical metrics and use as basis for planning improvement initiatives.
• Support deployment of integrated planning tools in collaboration with Supply Chain Center of Excellence.
• Global owner of the CGT integrated resource planning tool.

Minimum Required Qualifications / Skills:

• Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management or Business Management
• CPIM APICS preferred
• Highly Qualified in Supply Chain
• Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Proficient in analysis, capable of establishing measurements and identifying issues through root cause analysis.
• Proficient using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to utilise Business Intelligence systems to extract data and generate reports
