Morgan McKinley is proud to work with a leading European investor and asset manager in the non-performing and non-core assets sector, serving over 9 million customer accounts across five different geographies.

Salary: €33,000 - €35,000

Location: Dublin 2

6-month contract

As An ASU Agent, Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing both inbound and outbound calls related to the servicing of customer loan accounts. Ensuring the accurate and timely maintenance of system records following every customer interaction.
  • Investigating and negotiating at an individual account level to ensure the best possible customer outcome.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to expedite the retrieval of necessary information.
  • Handling general loan administration tasks such as issuing mortgage statements, redemption statements, and occasional manual correspondence as required.
  • Meeting predefined metrics for operational and customer needs, including achieving set targets and adhering to service level agreements.
  • Promptly recording and addressing incidents when errors are detected, collaborating with Risk Owners for resolution.
  • Taking ownership of errors and complaints received, effectively managing the customer experience to achieve a satisfactory resolution.

Skills & Person Specification

  • Bring prior contact centre experience and/or a financial services background, with specific experience in the Arrears Support Unit handling mortgage-related matters.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate positive and proactive interactions with colleagues and customers.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the capability to handle high-volume data within tight deadlines.
  • Show a proven track record of accountability for and adherence to defined procedures, controls, and instructions.
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong multitasking abilities.
