The Role
We are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to meet the growing demands of the business. The successful applicant will work in the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence “CoE” and will be provided with the support and development needed to enable them to deliver successfully in the role.
This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader and is based in ESB Head Office, 27 Lower Fitzwilliam Street. We are currently working in a hybrid model, employees are required to come into the office at least one day per week.

The successful candidate may work flexibly within their jurisdiction with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration on at least one anchor day per week. All smart working arrangements are subject to manager approval and ongoing review, based on the operational requirements of the role, the team, and the individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the process for advertising resources in accordance with agreed Strategic Resource Plan and approval system and liaise with HR Governance Specialists on same.
- Co-ordinate and manage candidate correspondence and interview schedules for internal and external recruitment.
- Collation of data and maintaining internal trackers in order to furnish reports to management, TA and HR as required.
- Assist with Early Talent recruitment, attending careers fairs and assisting with coordinating graduate events.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with line managers throughout internal and external recruitment processes.
- Liaise with applicants/candidates throughout internal and external recruitment processes.
- Review and monitor all employment contracts and documentation issued to external candidates.
- Report on Recruitment metrics and KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Maintain TA SharePoint site for TA team including site permissions.
- Respond to all GDPR queries and ensure compliance.
- Action data clearance requests.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives in conjunction with the TA Team Leaders.
- In conjunction with Onboarding specialist, oversee the new hire process ensuring consistency and adherence to legal and policy requirements.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Keep updated with market trends affecting recruitment and current employment legislation and policies.
Essential Experience And Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and appropriate attention to detail.
- Some knowledge of HR Practice, policies and procedures and employment legislation.
- Proficient in the use of a variety of IT systems including MS Office, in particular advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
- Knowledge of the use of SharePoint.
- A flexible approach to working.
- An ability to work as part of a team.
Desirable
- A HR qualification or equivalent relevant work experience would be an advantage.
- SharePoint and SAP knowledge.

Salary
€30,000- €36,000 per annum.
