The Senior Media Strategist Manager is a strategic and creative thinker with a passion for all things digital. He/she will bring creativity and innovation to all responsibilities. This person is proactive and self-motivated, highly curious, collaborative and a digital thinker. They possess a deep understanding of digital media channels, specially and programmatic and have a passion for discovering new ways to execute digital sales performance campaigns.

This role is tasked with providing insights, thought leadership, digital media strategy and client leadership. The Senior Media Strategist is responsible for ongoing management, continuity, and execution of multiple simultaneous digital media marketing programs to meet online sales goals.

The Senior Media Strategist has more than 7 years of experience in media strategy, media management, management of cross functional teams and is an expert in ecommerce digital sales.

English is a must.

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility


Design innovative and inspiring media strategy that includes data, audiences, and content/creative

Identify new opportunities for digital innovation, enforce processes, provide quality assurance and implement best practices

Develop CRM strategies that cover campaign, channel planning, and programmatic recommendations for acquiring customers and building LTV

Collaborate with cross functional project teams to motivate, create and implement short and long-term integrated digital strategies

Orchestrate cross-functional teams to lead RFIs and RFPs

Lead client account and act as key day to day contact

Alignment of online and offline media

Development of cross-channel strategies

Direct media operations team that service the account

Responsible of achieving business goals

Keep on top of media innovation & market trends

Stablish partnerships and maintain relationship with key providers (Google, Amazon, Facebook, etc)

Professional Skills & Qualifications


Bachelors or master’s degree in advertising, Marketing or related fields.

At least 5 years working in media, digital agency a plus.

Experience working in an agency, publisher or client leading the media strategy

High knowledge of digital transformation as pertains to ecommerce clients

High knowledge of paid media channels and their synergies

Extensive knowledge of adtech and the role it plays in digital media activation

Extensive experience working with Full Stack Technologies (GMP, Sizmek, etc.).

Extensive knowledge of programmatic media as a whole.

Ability to nurture and understand how Ad Ops can feed into wider client goals.
