Responsibilities

  • Responsible for SAP HCM (PA, PY, PT, OM) as well as SAP SuccessFactors & Concur
  • Consulting and process optimization for the business units
  • Further development of the systems, including migration to H4S4 and Fiori Adoption
  • (Partial) project management in innovation projects and rollouts at international locations of the SKAN Group
  • Taking over level 1-3 support activities and change management
  • Control and monitoring of external partners in support and project work
  • Support in HR-related applications and modules such as SAP Business Partners, Active Directory API, etc.


Hardskills

  • University degree in computer science, business informatics or similar training
  • Many years of experience in SAP HCM customizing
  • First experience with SAP cloud technologies
  • Good understanding of user exits and BAdI extensions
  • ABAP debugging skills are an advantage
  • Experience with integration technologies such as IFlows, web services as well as IDoc and RFC is an advantage
  • Fluent German and English skills are required
