We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our UK desk in Zurich. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth British clients, providing exceptional financial advice and personalized banking services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth British clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring their banking and investment needs are met with tailored solutions.
  • Financial Advisory: Provide expert financial advice on a range of products and services, including wealth management, investment strategies, and estate planning.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with a proven track record of managing high-net-worth clients.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
