Focusing on categories including facilities and logistics, this Procurement Manager will a key role in working and building relationships with suppliers and managing day to day procurement activities to support various company projects. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Develop effective strategic procurement solutions to support both major strategic bidding opportunities and operational businesses
• Manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiate commercial and contractual arrangements utilising the latest digital tools
• Prepare RFQ's in cooperation with the engineering and projects teams ensuring the technical, project and/or facility logistic and technical requirements are met.
• Execute RFQ process, responding to supplier/consultant queries with the support of wider business units to ensure the process is completed in a timely manner.
• Design, develop and implement effective procurement strategies and solutions aligned to company objectives
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders: perform administrative contracting duties, onboarding and management of vendor accounts
  
  

Key Requirements

• 6+ years' experience in procurement management role with a bachelor's degree in procurement or business-related field.
• Practical, analytical approach to dealing with ambiguity, development uncertainty and complexity.
• Strong communications and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to anticipate challenges and mitigate risk.
