Posting Date: 4 Dec 2024 City: Casalecchio Di Reno Location: Casalecchio Di Reno, IT, 40033 Contract Type: Permanent Division: Mediterranean & Africa Certification Level of experience: Senior RINA is currently recruiting for an Organic Certification Technical Manager to join its office in Bologna (Casalecchio di Reno)within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division. Mission

The resource will collaborate with organic scheme leader in the management of the organic scheme, involved in the decision of the organic certification process and in the management and control of organic certification practices.

Key Accountabilities

  • Collaboration with organic scheme leader in the management of the organic scheme (e.g. non conformities management, modification of organic technical documents, coordination regional offices, etc.)
  • Involvement in the decision of the organic certification process (certification committee - issue of certificates, non conformities, etc)
  • Management and control of organic certification practices

Education Bachelor’s Degree High School Diploma/GED in Agriculture/Agronomy/Food Technology Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in agri-food field (agriculture, food technologies etc.)
  • Experience in the management and control of certification scheme (min three years).
  • Quality Management System lead auditor qualification (40 h)
  • Courses organic certification scheme (Reg UE 2018/848, Reg. CE 834/07, Reg CE 889/07, etc)
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work in team with a flexible and proactive approach
  • Attitude to problem solving and working under pressure
  • Ability to work towards targets
