HR Transformation & Technology KPMG Spain is part of a global practice with more than 1,500 professionals specialized in the transformation of organizations from a people’s perspective. We have a Global Center of Excellence that develops cutting-edge methodologies and approaches that we make available to our clients. In this ever-changing market environment, our professionals must be adaptable and thrive in a collaborative, team-driven culture. We are seeking dynamic, highly motivated skilled individuals with experience in delivering people programs, including client engagements to support large scale global transformational programs, in areas such as:

• HR Strategy: define the HR strategy to deliver value to the business, enhance their reputation and minimize risk with key stakeholders and government. Leading and managing HR strategic transformation programs driving performance and value through impactful workforce insights & intelligent HR reporting
• HR Transformation: design a service-oriented target operating model and position HR as a value-adding partner to the business.
• HR Technology: explore alternatives to the recommended solutions and support configuring solution requirements on the products and understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives for implementation

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Lead and work with cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, project, and financial management, and coaching/mentoring junior team members.
• Manage and guide a project team ensuring quality of deliverables and client relationship management.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers and methodology guides.

• Develop client network, proactively reaching out to clients and prospects to discuss issues and needs and forming productive relationships.
• Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach.

The successful candidate should bring the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required and HR advanced degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
• Minimum of 7 – 8 years’ consulting experience in HR Transformation or Human Capital
• Should have experience in define HR Target Operating Model (process, service delivery model, etc.) and HR Technologies (SSFF, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.)
• English with C2 Proficiency
• Other certifications: HCM (SSFF, Oracle, Workday) Scrum Master, Design Thinking, Prosci, PMI, SHRM, HR technology certifications
