Human Resources Manager Your tasks
- Full end to end ownership of the HR activities across the Function. Is the key account on all People aspects of the Function
- Provide HR advice to managers and employees throughout all stages of the employee life cycle, ensuring advice is legally compliant and in line with company policy & procedure.
- Act as trusted consultant to coach, support, mentor and challenge Managers and Supervisors in the application of HR policies and practices
- Partner with the Functional Management team and drive the people agenda and strategy
- Provide coaching to the Function Head to develop the organisational structure and ensure positive team dynamics
- Accelerate the development of the Functional Leadership team and its culture. Engage with the organisation as to ensure change is implemented
- Promote and develop strategies and programmes to ensure a positive culture across the business. Contribute and be a role model for company transformation and new ways of working
- Be the first point of contact in all Employee Relations matters, and ensure a consistent approach in addressing these throughout the company. Lead and facilitate mediation as required.
- Ensure alignment with all stakeholders and drive co-creation as a core part of the HR delivery where effective
- Contribute to the Business Performance Management of the function regarding the People metrics in close alignment with Finance
Your profile
- Business degree or equivalent HR qualification
- 5+ years’ experience in equivalent role or a business leader with strong affinity to HR
- Driven, energetic and committed to working at the highest standard
- Ability to interface effectively and confidently at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Can-do attitude, flexible, proactive mindset and ability to challenge the status quo as well as to cope with ambiguity and change
- People focused, can build and maintaining excellent business relationships with colleagues.
- Operational knowledge of key HR processes and activities
- Hands-on experience with HR software (SuccessFactors, SAP)
- Affinity with labour legislation
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Full professional proficiency in English (Level C1), German language skills is an advantage
