Head of Product Development and Process Technology 100% (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Management of the pharmaceutical and analytical development team, activities, and laboratories of the site according to agreed objectives including registration documents, process validations (risk analysis), stability studies
• Performance of formulation and process development studies on a risk-based / quality by design approach
• Assure a goal-orientated performance of development, transfer and/or product support projects within timelines and budget, according to schedules and costs agreed with site management and global functions
• Development of new drug products and GMP-batches within the pharmaceutical development laboratory for international submissions to obtain specific authorizations
• Assure point of contact for customers and universities
• Accountable to follow up and enhance the site in terms of innovations.
  
  

Your Profile

• Pharmacist (Master, PhD) with 5-10 years of practical experience in GMP facility, working with drug product, solids, liquids, formulation, analytical development and production
• Confirmed experience in people & project management (budget, finance)
• Excellent communication skills Competencies (with internal and external customers)
• Entrepreneurial spirit, solution oriented, pro-active and customer focus
• Fluent French & English.
