Employment Lawyer (Associate/Senior Associate/Partner) – Dublin
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an Employment Lawyer at Associate/Senior Associate/Partner level to join one of Ireland’s most progressive corporate law firms.

The position provides a stimulating and varied workload and the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients both domestic and international across all industry sectors.
The Role
Managing a varied employment law caseload involving contentious and non-contentious matters
Representing clients before The Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the courts
Advising clients on a wide variety of employment law issues
Managing client relationships
Participating in mediations and arbitrations
The Person
Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE
Experience in advising clients in complex and technical contentious and non-contentious employment matters
Experience in representing clients before The Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the courts
Strong business development skills and commercial awareness
An ability to communicate effectively at all levels
