Job Description:
As a Capital Markets and Structured Finance Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in advising and representing our top-tier clients in capital markets and structured finance matters, ensuring all transactions and proceedings are executed with utmost precision and in compliance with regulatory norms.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive legal advice on a range of capital markets and structured finance transactions.
Work closely with clients to facilitate, negotiate, and close complex transactions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive transactions to completion.
Stay abreast of developments in the field to proactively address clients’ evolving needs.
Qualifications:
Qualified Solicitor with a focus on Capital Markets and Structured Finance.
Extensive experience in managing complex financial transactions.
An in-depth understanding of national and international regulatory frameworks.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
