Aufgaben

Responsible for supporting Institutional Sales of Alternative Investments (Private Markets, Hedge Funds) in the production of presentations, documentation and marketing materials for institutional clients and investors / Supporting Portfolio Managers with the ongoing production of customized demonstration material and after-sales documentation with quantitative as well as qualitative information / Contributing to market research by leveraging company know-how of front units / Further developing the company database with proprietary data for fast and professional processing of client requests / Contributing to the monthly production of reports for managers and investors, which always show the present dynamics and correlations in the financial markets / Coordination of international marketing events for institutional clients and investors / Initiator of strategic initiatives related to client analysis, client presentations and market transparency.

Qualifikation

Bachelor or Master with focus on banking & finance, economics or business informatics / CFA or CAIA an advantage / Professional experience at an international asset manager in sales, product or portfolio management of alternative investments or at a bank in strategic marketing / Understanding of investment products in the fund industry / Experience with analysis of financial markets and with the preparation of documentation and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders / Team- and solution-oriented personality with customer focus / Structured, straightforward working style / Multitasking / Ability to work under pressure and set priorities flexibly / Open, international mindset / Adept at communicating and using MS-Office, Excel or PP / German as well as English
