  • Collaborate with private banking teams (Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Compliance) to gather, analyze, and document requirements for client services and regulatory needs.

  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance client service delivery, data accuracy, and operational efficiency within the private banking sector.
  • Lead specific initiatives related to new products or client offerings, overseeing project milestones, coordinating with internal teams, and providing regular status updates.
  • Conduct financial analysis and build models to support investment recommendations, portfolio management, and client relationship strategies.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes, assessing their impact on private banking services and client management practices.
  • Assist in the implementation, testing, and rollout of private banking platforms and digital solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and client expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver client-facing materials, such as investment performance reports, financial projections, and updates on regulatory changes, while responding to client inquiries as needed.

Required profile.

How do we imagine our future Business Analyst – Private Banking?

  • Strong knowledge of private banking, wealth management, and financial products: including high-net-worth client services, investment strategies, and banking regulations.
  • Minimum of seven years’ experience as a technical-functional Business Analyst in an Agile environment, preferably in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills: able to organize and lead sessions, workshops, and discussions on complex topics with diverse groups of stakeholders, including clients, advisors, and technical teams.
  • Proven experience in data flow analysis: with a focus on data integration, client information, and investment transaction flows in a private banking context.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience applying them to private banking projects.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to problem-solve effectively and propose solutions that align with client needs.
  • Excellent organizational skills: able to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Pragmatic approach to solution development, emphasizing value-added services and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to lead certain projects: responsible for tracking progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing regular updates to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively with fellow analysts, developers, and a variety of stakeholders across different departments.
  • Clear and precise communication skills, paired with a strong sense of team spirit and customer focus.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database access tools: able to query, analyze, and interpret data related to client information, transactions, and investments.
