‘YOUR DAY TO DAY’


  • Contribute to the creation of P&C Strategies (focusing on the aspect of human capital, organizational development, and change) by providing input on functional specific needs and priorities
  • Give input to the P&C Head to support the development of appropriate P&C strategies based on requirements coming from the market
  • Translate all people and organizational aspects of overall business strategy to local and functional P&C plans
  • Anticipate, understand, analyze, and diagnose business demands and ensure support to meet local business needs and objectives.
  • Business Partner for functional Line Managers with focus on Head of Functions and Head of Functions -1
  • Co-develop the People Engagement pillar together with the Integrated Talent Management Lead
  • Develop and implement organizational development plans to achieve a solid functional talent pipeline
  • Facilitate functional talent reviews and regular follow-up meetings to review the progress of the organizational plans
  • Ensure all agreed critical moves are supported & executed
  • Provide requested input & feedback on behalf of PM Switzerland to the Regional EU P&C Team
  • Address individual developmental needs; ensure that employment offer is fully leveraged by the function and integrated with relevant training
  • Act as change agent during the implementation of P&C products and services fostering the culture of change and coaching the local function on their way to Leadership Excellence
  • Measure effectiveness of deployed P&C product and services
  • Support effective and efficient functional organizational design, suggest & facilitate reviews
  • Run Change Management activities for function-specific organizational changes
  • Facilitate the definition of Function specific Pulse Survey action plans
  • Work as the direct or first point of contact for Employees regarding individual issues
  • Support Line Managers in selected events of the employee life cycle (hiring, onboarding, terminations of employment contracts, performance & compliance issues, individual development plans, etc.)
  • Provide input to the workforce plan and align the strategy and the needs with the P&C Head
  • Collaborate, ensure synergies & continuous improvement with other P&C Managers within EU

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 10+ years in HR and ideally in close contact with a commercial (Sales/Marketing/Consumer) function or environment
  • Organizational Development / Design experience is an asset.
  • Generalist P&C knowledge (processes, policies, practices, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the operation of the new P&C service delivery model
  • Knowledge of P&C systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Change Management tools and techniques
  • Consultancy skills
  • Coaching skills
  • Organizational design skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management tools and techniques
  • Professional written and oral communication skills in English French and/or German
  • Advanced PC skills
  • Analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Stakeholder management, impact & influence
  • Experience on local labor legislation is a plus
