Profil

This position will initially be filled for 6 months.

  • Processing of HR matters for all German employees:
  • Drafting of employment contracts, amendments, company car and home office agreements
  • Preparing job references, entry and exit documents and other personnel certificates/documents
  • Ensuring the overall administration of the e-days absence management system and ensuring that staff use the system and request their absence
  • Managing the physical and digital personnel/HR files
  • Assisting in the administration and tracking of employee benefits (health, pension, life insurance, other benefits, telework costs, etc.)
  • Managing the payroll process in cooperation with the payroll service provider and ensuring the quality of the payroll in coordination with the local HR Manager, the HR Advisor and the Finance Department:
  • Preparation of HR data analysis and lists in Excel
  • Checking the payrolls
  • Contact person for the finance department for social security, wage tax and lump-sum taxation as well as for other questions regarding the payroll interface
  • Ensure a professional level of advice to the International Human Resources Manager (or local HR Manager) in all aspects of their remit and actively support them in some HR projects
  • Ensure recruitment support:
  • Applicant management (responses to applicants)
  • In the absence of the local HR manager: organising interviews with applicants
  • Support regular monthly HR reporting to Paris and to the executives of SAM and REM
  • Regular updating of the forms for Germany together with the external GDPR consultant and the local HR manager
  • Occupational Health: Support and organise the quarterly ASA meetings, the risk report and the "Occupational Safety Briefing" (annual)

Responsible for outsourcing controlling of payroll processing in cooperation with the Head of Finance and Controlling, participation in steering committees
