Corporate International Learning Intern (M/F)

Job responsibilities

The Corporate Learning Intern role will enable TAG Heuer’s Learning & Development innovative tools and initiatives to scale and support the deployment of our HR Strategic Roadmap.

Your responsibilities :

  • Digital Learning:
    • You will support the full implementation of the new e-learning platform, by :
      • Managing the Maison’ and Group’ training catalogue
      • Monitoring the related KPIs
    • You will be in charge to scale the learners engagement with our external content provider and monitor its KPIs You will be co-lead the global animation plan around our digital learning platforms


  • International Onboardings:
    • You will support the organization of the different international sessions You will co-host the onboarding sessions (hospitality management), serving as a true ambassador of the Brand.


  • Learning Initiatives:
    • You will support the roll-out of various learning initiatives You will elaborate a global communication strategy to make all the Learning & Development initiatives visible both internally and externally

Vos responsabilités :

1.Digital Learning

  • Vous soutiendrez la mise en œuvre complète de la nouvelle plateforme d’e-learning:
    • En gérant le catalogue de formation de la Maison et du Groupe
    • En monitorant les KPIs associés
  • Vous serez chargé(e) d'accroître l'engagement des apprenants avec notre fournisseur de contenu externe et de suivre ses indicateurs de performance clés.
  • Vous participerez à animer les différentes communautés autour de nos plateformes d'apprentissage digitales.

2.Onboarding internationaux :

  • Vous participerez activement à l'organisation des différentes sessions internationales.
  • Vous co-animerez les onboardings (hospitality management), en agissant en tant que véritable ambassadeur/ambassadrice de la Marque.

3.Initiatives Learning:

  • Vous soutiendrez le déploiement de diverses initiatives innovantes autour du Learning & Development. Vous participerez au développement d’une stratégie de communication globale pour rendre visibles toutes les initiatives, tant à l’interne qu’à l’externe.

Your profile:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or higher and you are doing this internship as part as your studies and therefore can provide an internship agreement
  • You have a passion for brand storytelling and creativity in the creation of new content
  • Your precision, rigor and attention to detail are proven
  • Digital tools hold no secrets for you and you are at ease with multimedia assets
  • You are able to work autonomously, flexibly and enjoy change and teamwork
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have a Swiss or UE citizenship, or a work permit valid until the end of the internship period.

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelor ou d'un diplôme équivalent et vous effectuez ce stage dans le cadre de vos études, vous pouvez donc fournir une convention de stage.
  • Vous êtes passionné(e) par le storytelling et créatif(ve) dans la création de nouveaux contenus.
  • Votre précision, votre rigueur et votre souci du détail sont avérés.
  • Les outils numériques n'ont aucun secret pour vous et vous êtes à l'aise avec les supports multimédias.
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome, avec flexibilité et vous appréciez le changement et le travail d'équipe.
  • Vous parlez couramment anglais (indispensable)
  • Vous avez la citoyenneté suisse ou celle d'un pays de l'UE, ou un permis de travail valide jusqu'à la fin de la période de stage
