From the CORPORATE business unit, we are looking for a Accounting & Administration Manager. This figure must be located in our office in Barcelona.


What will your responsibilities be?

Responsibilities about Spanish companies, and soft affiliated companies currently: Portugal, France, Morocco & Greece:


  • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash management and taxes.
  • Oversee, follow-up and support the financial audits with external auditors.
  • Manage and deliver, with the support of local advisors, financial statements for local authorities
  • Manage relationship and negotiation with banks.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and reports, to holding on time.
  • Manage technical accounting and taxes issues for compliance.
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
  • Develop and document, business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Oversees day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.

Requirements

You are the talent we are looking for if...

  • Bachelor degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • A master would be appreciated
  • Proven working experience as an Accounting & Administration Manager or Finance Manager. At least 5 years' experience minimum
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & ERP Advanced User (AX - Dynamics 365)
  • Spanish and English (Upper B2 or C1). A 3th language would be a plus (French, Portuguese, Greek...)
