As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and overseeing the successful execution of marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving commercial targets, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients.

This role is perfect for candidates with experience in outsourcing who possess a strong understanding of clients' marketing strategies and have collaborated with a diverse mix of clients, suppliers, and agencies.


Responsibilities


  • Manage print and point-of-sale marketing materials for ADM's beverages brands in the Spanish market.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships.
  • Understand client objectives and industry dynamics to develop effective strategies that drive business growth.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial brief through to delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Creative, Operations, Logistics) and external partners to meet project objectives.
  • Lead sustainability initiatives, achieving key metrics related to environmental impact.


Skills and Experience


  • Below The Line Marketing experience, ie, Print, Product, POS, Promotions.
  • Ability to effectively gather and understand project briefs from clients, ensuring clear communication of their needs and expectations
  • Proven track record of growing and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and enhancing margins.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative and open to continuous learning.
  • Agile and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
