Current Need
We are recruiting for a Data Governance Analyst to join our team! This will be a critical role for the new Enterprise Data Governance Function & Organization.
Position Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Own development and management of data glossaries and data owner matrices to establish enterprise data standards pertaining to the use of critical data.
- Assist with deploying data issue capture and resolution process.
- Engage with key business stakeholders to assist with establishing fundamental data governance processes and procedures both at project onset and on an ongoing basis.
- Create, prepare, and standardize data quality reports for internal analysis.
- Define key data quality metrics and indicators and facilitate the development and implementation of supporting standards.
- Ensure compliance with legal and information security standards.
- Ensure issues raised by business and functional data governance leaders are resolved and that data objectives are met.
Minimum Requirements
Typically requires 4+ years relevant experience
Critical Skills
- 2+ years working in a Data Governance Role at enterprise level
- 2+ years experience with Master Data Management.
- Ability to quickly establish credibility across both business and IT.
- Additional Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to exercise good professional judgment.
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to handle multiple work streams and support various team member collaborative projects to completion
Education
4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.

€50100-€83500
