Elis are looking to hire a Customer Support Administrator to join our growing Customer Service Team.
Working closely with our Customer Service Manager, Sales Team and Distribution Team to ensure we are delivering the highest level of customer service possible. The person in this role needs to be customer centric with an urgency to meet the demands of new and current customers in line with company’s goals.
As a Client Support Agent, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to all our clients. You will support Key Account Managers with customer calls emails and reporting duties around our key account customers. Through effective communication and problem-solving skills, you will help clients navigate and resolve their concerns, contributing to a positive and long-lasting client relationship.
The ideal candidate will ensure top class customer service through excellent communication, problem solving and providing a timely and professional response to all our customers.

Location: Santry, Dublin
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Manage incoming customer calls and email correspondence in a timely professional manner.
Find root cause of customer issue and rectify seamlessly – first call resolution.
Monitor and manage any issues addressed by clients on allocated accounts.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with our clients.
Communicate with our distribution and installs teams.
Maintain in depth knowledge of company’s brand, systems and processes.
Achieve customer SLA/KPI targets.
Maintain our customer experience journey – make our customers feel valued.
Responsible for Weekly reporting of customer issues to Service Manager.
Responsible for Monthly reporting of changes in customer account status.
Any other reasonable requests from management as required to service customer’s needs.
Experience & Interpersonal Skills:
At least 2 years of experience in a busy customer focused role.
Great communicator and Customer orientated with a desire to exceed customers’ expectations.
Can demonstrate a positive can-do attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Good aptitude for adding value to customer accounts.
Able to build strong relationships with clients and internal departments.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
