I am currently recruiting for a Business Readiness Project Manager to join a leading Irish company here in Dublin on an initial 6 month Day-Rate Contract.

My client is currently going through a significant transformation within their Customer function and is seeking a highly experienced Business Readiness Project Manager to ensure the successful roll out of various projects by leading all readiness activities to ensure all aspects of the business are prepared for the changes.

Responsibilities include;

> Working alongside stakeholders to drive business readiness activities.

> Developing project plans, scope and schedules for readiness.

> Ensuring adoption of business readiness activities for success delivery in line with their framework for Change.

> Process improvement focus - confirming all users, customer, stakeholders are ready to use and support new technology platforms and the various processes associated with this transformation.

The role;

> Initial 6 month contract - extension opportunities.

> Hybrid model - x2 days on site - Dublin based - parking available.

**Please note you must be based in Ireland and hold a minimum of a Stamp4/EU Citizenship for this role**

Desired Skills and Experience

> Experience leading Business Readiness and Change initiatives for large scale organisations.
> Knowledge of business readiness activities - ability to deliver to a high standard.
> Hands on experience with Process Improvement.
> Ability to deliver organisation wide change including; people, processes, structure and new ways of working.
> Extensive stakeholder management experience.
> Agile approach in project delivery.
> Well versed with the full project life-cycle including but not limited to; Risk mitigation, scope, scheduling, execution and delivery.
> Acting as an advocate for all Business Change activities.
> Strong leadership skills required.
> Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into successful outcomes.
> Any experience working in a contact centre setting is desirable but not necessary.
