I am working with a close client to recruit a Business Analyst for a contract position. You will be working on a digital project with a small, dedicated team. Flexible working is paramount within this organisation and they ideally like to have people onsite just one day per week.

Role & Responsibilities

• Analyse current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and management.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of implemented strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business plans.
• Identify potential risks and challenges and propose effective solutions to mitigate them.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experienced working in an agile environment, using jira and confluence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
