What Is The Opportunity?
This is an exciting opportunity to become a strong Bank of Ireland advocate within the local community. If you are interested in building your skills and progressing your career, this position will create the opportunity for further career development within Bank of Ireland.
In This Role You Will
- Proactive segment management such as finding opportunities both within the existing customer base and external marketplace.
- Identify & engage with new to bank customers / Premier customer's and provide an outstanding customer experience with each interaction.
- Complete growth meetings for business, agricultural & new to bank customers
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and proactively refer lending opportunities to direct & business managers.
- Identifying and coordinate suitable events for customers and contribute to events to generate new quality connections and business.
What Will Make You Stand Out
You have 5+ years business experience, with a shown consistent track record in delivering commercial success from business development, effective needs analysis, sales delivery, risk management activities and building enduring business relationships. Sound business insight and customer centricity.
You have a good understanding of SME businesses and key sectors and an excellent communication and influencing skills, with a proven ability to develop networks and relationships. A dedication to using new technologies and detailed understanding of credit risks & business risks.
