SIX is the CSD (Central Securities Depository) in Switzerland. In the Asset Servicing Area, we ensure that the participant banks, are informed about upcoming corporate actions, proxy events and income payments. As the point of contact, we process these events and transmit the requested instructions from our clients to the issuers selected main paying agent. In this function, we have a dual role and support the issuer and the participant banks - all related to the Swiss market. A close collaboration with issuers, main paying agents, involved share register and all other market participants is very important to us. You will be part of a specialized team in which you will gather relevant practical experience and insights into the Swiss securities value chain. The cooperation with various interfaces will enable you to build up a broad network. Provide hands-on support in managing the day-to-day operations of Asset Services in Switzerland – as our new motivated and committed team member.

What You Will Do

• manage registration/proxy instructions and deregistration of securities in the Swiss market
• support SIX issuers and their agents on income and corporate action events
• process bookings and instructions to our business partner
• Respond to customer queries in relation to Registration, Proxy, Income and Corporate Action
• identify and implement opportunities to improve and automate our processes

What You Bring

• Expertise and experience in registrations, proxy, income and/or corporate action
• ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills
• willingness to collaborate and work autonomously paired with good time management skills
• Very good verbal and written skill in German and English
