Team Lead Accounts Receivable 100%

Job Description

In this position, you are responsible for the Accounts Receivables Team and its various tasks such as:

• Train and supervise daily work assignments of team
• Responsible for evaluating and granting of customer credit on all accounts and collection of accounts according to negotiated terms
• Responsible for ensuring that A/R receipts, approved write-offs and unapplied payments are processed and accounted for properly
• Supervise preparation and ensure integrity of monthly A/R entries, closing of ledgers and preparation of reporting, including bad debt provision and reserves
• Act as primary contact between staff and other internal departments, including shipping/receiving, sales and customer service on credit issues
• Prepare weekly cash receipts forecasts

Your profile

• University degree in Business Administration / Finance
• Minimum five years of A/R experience and five years of supervisory experience
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Expertise PC skills including knowledge in Excel and Word is required
• Distinguished ability to work under pressure even in periods of heavy workload and high capacity
• Excellent ability to communicate with colleagues and superiors
