Senior Private Banker – UK Market

Executive Partners Ltd is a Swiss Recruiting company for Swiss and International Private Banks, Wealth Management , External Asset Management Firms, Family Offices, Fund Managers and Trading companies. This role is for a prestigious Swiss Bank looking to expand their team in Geneva or Zurich with market coverage focused on the UK market

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Responsible for managing and developing a private client portfolio consisting of high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals originating from the UK market
• Developing and sustaining relationships in the region with frequent traveling to prospect new business and meet clients
• Advising clients on portfolio management, asset allocation, and other traditional and alternative investments
• Working closely with investment advisory, compliance, and execution teams
• Role reports to the Managing Director

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Proven track record of a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in client acquisition and management of wealth for clients
• Continuous professional career development in a prestigious bank
• Excellent relationships with HNW and UHNW clients in the UK market
• Outstanding network in the private banking industry to support our growth strategy and to push the development agenda for revenue, NNA

• Skills to acquire HNW and UHNW clients through referrals, own network by actively approaching potential clients
• Excellent track record of revenue generation (ROA) and asset acquisition (NNM)
• A team player with the highest professional work ethic and standards who is decisive, innovative and able to cope under pressure
• High level of professional and personal integrity and compliance standards ensuring all work activities are performed in-line with internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies
• MBA or degree from a university or an institute of higher education
• Fluent in English
• Located in Geneva or Zurich
