Operational Planner

The Opportunity:
As an Operational Planner, you’ll bring strategic, operational, and tactical expertise in conducting Mission Planning, Course of Action development, Wargaming, and orders production in support of real-world operations. You will lead and participate in deliberate crisis action planning. Provide research and planning expertise in the development of operations and war plans. You will assist in the planning and coordination of exercises, training, and operational activities in support of the emerging requirements.

You Have:

• 6+ years of experience with deliberate and crisis action planning coordination and development

• 2+ years of experience with the Military Decision-Making Process or Joint Operational Planning Process, planning, coordinating, and executing Military operations

• 1+ years of experience working with multinational forces

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Strategic Planning and OPLANS

• Experience with Knowledge Management

• TS/SCI clearance

• School of Advanced Military Studies Graduate

• Master’s degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
