About Our Client
Our client is a FINMA-regulated international securities house with offices in Zurich, Geneva, Tel Aviv, Hong Kong, and Dubai. They offer expertise in AMCs, structured products, bond brokerage, paying agent services, trading & execution, wealth & asset management, fund placement, digital assets, and private markets.

Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities


  • Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients, with a focus on independent asset managers, family offices, and institutional investors.
  • Sales Execution: Actively promote and sell structured products and Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs).
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Support Senior Sales: Assist senior team members in managing existing books of business and in structuring deals.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed on market trends and product developments to provide insightful advice and innovative solutions.



The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For


  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university, ideally in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Languages: Fluency in French and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
  • Sales-Driven Personality:
    • Natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Passionate about sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to exceed targets and build your book of business.
  • Experience:
    • Ideally, some sales experience or internships in financial services, wealth management, or structured products.
    • Strong motivation to develop into a leading sales professional.
